Overall a good company to work. The work culture is good, and there is no office politics. Most of the employees work from home and management is also not pressuring the employees to come to the office. If you're aligned with the project, you'll be all good. No extra pressure.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike about the company is the Appraisal. At the time of appraisal, they'll count all the failed client interviews you've given so that they can prove to you that you're not eligible to get the hike you're expecting. (The same thing happens in most of the companies). Also, there was a toxic HR who used to do these things, but now I think she is not part of the company.

Likes

Work culture is good. Great work life balance. Team is very supportive, no typical corporate hierarchy for communtion. Timely action on the issues. Regular employee engagement activities to keep everyone connected in this wfh setup.
