These junk managers needs many resources in team to represent one after another as bait/reason for any escalation to stay themselves safe for years by expelling others. Services is the worst compared to Products division. No ethics, no value and professionalism blame games, even a 10 standard fail candidate can became a Project Manager if Race and Caste are aligned with them. U hv to work under or report to a candidates whose exp is even less than 2 yrs who don't know basic English neither any skills nor a technology, since he is senior than you at Manthan. Short term like 6-10 months is a life span of anyone, after that your need is no more, hence dice will roll onto any side. Only, 2 days of WFH in month per policy while its hard to claim it.
