No structured approach and documentation, very less hike 5 percent, Low salary for industry standards (exceptional 10 percent), Some Managers are stubborn not all of them, congested parking space, absolutely zero process followed, No team outings, No HR initiatives, legacy software and approach used,

... for years have became managers and ruling it in a diplomatic and political way. Caste and race based behaviour is there, while Salary cut can happen anytime besides loss of Variable pay. These junk managers needs many resources in team to represent one after another as bait/reason for any escalation to stay themselves safe for years by expelling others. Services is the worst compared to Products division. No ethics, no value and professionalism blame games, even a 10 standard fail candidate can became a Project Manager if Race and Caste are aligned with them. U hv to work under or report to a candidates whose exp is even less than 2 yrs who don't know basic English neither any skills nor a technology, since he is senior than you at Manthan. Short term like 6-10 months is a life span of anyone, after that your need is no more, hence dice will roll onto any side. Only, 2 days of WFH in month per policy while its hard to claim it. I am not saying as don't join, but keep this as a last option rather than Ruining your career. * No parking, 10 years old broken chairs, no Drawers/safe, Manthan strictly holds no responsibility at/in their premises.

Un-Cultured, un-professional and un-qualified managers acting as leaders/managers without even knowing what SDLC stands for. While they decided design, approach and requirements but not the client nor the SMEs.

For Fresher, Manthan is very good for careers start and you can learn skills development and many more.

Dislikes

Compensation is good, but after sometime growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Also,there is no on-job training for freshers.
