Very unprofessional. Until you are in client location they will pay. Once project is over they won't say anything and they give half salary. Suddenly they say yesterday is your last working please submit laptop for FNF. No times at all whole day you need to be available for client. They have only two clients.

... client. Suddenly they will call and tell you we removed you without any notice. As per policy, company has to pay for employees for 90 days during FnF settlement. But this company don't pay you if they remove without notice.

I am happy to be a part of Algoleap Technologies because i have joined as an android mobile application developer ,and i got chance to upgrade my skills like SpringBoot, PostgresSql and AWS e.t.c , i mean to say that there is a lot of scope to upgrade our skills.

AlgoLeap technologies culture focuses on helping employees feel good about their work and understand how their effort contribute to the organization progress. The work culture, team building activities, and fun activities are excellent. The compensations are inline with the market. The company encouraging the female leaders by conducting the 'Women in Tech - Leader Speak session every Friday. The management is always reachable and guiding the employees for their career growth.

Company had focus on certification reimbursement policy.

In my opinion as a fresher algoleap is the best place to start the career, as it is a friendly environment which is much needed for a fresher to gain knowlege on jobs.
