You may feel that the salary is lower than industry standards, especially considering the 9-hour shift you work here. Appraisals and promotions can be challenging. If you are present during shifts other than peak production hours, you may also feel bored. Office politics and issues with payroll and other government services are not taken seriously here.

...now you can go home, after that they didn't call me and didn't reply to the msg. Don't go to this company, they hire freshers on low salary, they do scam in salary and all don't join this organization

In other companies 8 hrs shift with same salary package & here you get 10hrs of shift with less salary package In other companies when when do overtime You get double pay but here get paid for overtime but not enough

You can learn a lot of things but management was pathetic, company policies were not good for Employees.

Management was worst, I didn't get my Appraisal for last year(2020) though I have been worked from home & not even got any allowances like utility bills, Internet charges,etc addition to that they cut off our incentives
