Lots of things to learn, wherever you join you are only responsible person for all the mistakes even not done by you,Your upper management make you feel like that you are the criminal even when you are not guilty. But if you did any good thing then its not you here your Reporting manager who did it.😂

System follow only in documents. Actual no any safety related precautions in whole industry, safety incidents where operator even loose their body parts are easily neglected because of contractual manpower.

This is one of the good manufacturing company across india & this is open to new innovative idea to implement self . There is good to learn all system things like tpm, SAP, training to employees through external faculty
