Difference in salary according to experience and qualification, growth is very slow, for Learning is good, career growth is slow, work load is heavy.

Before max Alexis was very good. Now it is hard to think on what i like about the organisation HR policy is good

Too much pressure. No matter how good your work they don't appreciate u r work & dig down on your small mistake that actually doesn't mean.

I am Happy with want I do. Bcoz I know it's a noble profession. And I love to care and treat the patient with pain and disease. Only we need a repect from our patients. We don't want a award of angels but treat as a human being.

Appraisal format... Which get signed 3 Months before and start getting after 3 months and which don't include this 3 months money...

Dislikes

Rigidity with regards to change. Comparison with business in the UAE. Market dynamics are different here in India as compared to UAE. Resistance to adapt to new technology.

I Gaurav ostwal registered paitaint of your hospital came on 20 01 2021 today for a small bandage...I reported the enquiry counter,they told me to contact cash counter,they told to go to casualty department..Their dr rupesh bokde said me to do emergency registration of rs 500 and then what ever will be charged extra...Now kindly guide me..For a 50 rs bandage should I go with 500...Is the doctor after regular waiting by their college that is not required he is anand on it...Is this attitude correct...Or we should go for complain on higher levels.
