There is nothing to like or share to anyone there is no work culture there is no employee satisfaction there is one thing majority of relatives they are only working with the relatives they don't know about the employees need there ecpections etc ..there is too poor work culture by the directors . Worst experience.

Behaviour of Directors especially Abhiraj Sandhu he don't have manners to talk with the anyone.

Here is nothing to like. I am not suggest anyone to join alencure biotech . They are very bad culture if their work complete they eliminate their employee without any notice. Management is poor but jr is supportive.
