...nt and culture. Teammates are supportive and team management is not transparent. Company policies are good appraisals are good but not fair ,salary hike every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow.

No work culture. Highly egoistic professionals. No sense of bonding. Very poor pay masters. They expect every thing from your end but themselves doesn't have any skills, rough attitude towards their own employees.

Culture of the company, Promotion and appraisal system. Very badly talk with analyst . HR person is also involved in badly talk with us. Also management has no idea that how to takle the situation. They all depends on analyst only. If u made simple mistake than they treated as like a crime . So finally don't go .

...pportunity for all employees and every year timely manner give increment letter.and salary give every month end credits in account . Transparent manner give the facilities in all employees and workers. Transportation facilities available for all.
