There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow...

Good work environment and Culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policy are good

ALEC is south African firm established in UAE. I finished 3 years years of working with ALEC presently. Culture and infrastructure is rich.

Dislikes

ALEC doesn't provide equal opportunities and job benefits to all its employees. growth level is terrible/absolute.The productive work (direct works) all given to Indians whereas south Africans contributes only supportive role for business.

The worst company which I worked for 3 years was Alec . The management They don't know how to treat with the Employees and also they dont like to know the problems of workers
