Only positive thing is job security.

Dislikes

enter time in office is fix but exit time not. You have to do 10-11 hours shift without incentive. The owner of company is behave like a kid which listen only one side and take the decision.0% respect, 0% growth, and all of the above the staff is non-coperative.
