Nothing I liked, highly unsecured job and made my life miserable, my line manager was highly partial and unethical, never allowed me to settle down in the company, always kept changing my responsibility and was just complaining on me, altogether it was one of my worst experience, I was totally deserted and all of a sudden made to resign from the company, within 8months time I was made to work on 10different territory and also gave me to follow up on old vehicle booking orders which had absolutely no any background or information, even if it was brought to her notice she just ignored, very disappointing experience even today I am struggling to get a suitable job

Company is good.. But DUE to few people the company is loosing trust for the Cline's.. The HR is need to look into the matter.. There is no job security due to few people. Coz they have made there now shell. Appraisal is ok not that great..you get lots to learn work also n politics also...

Absolutely a professional and fine place to work. A place to learn and develop into a Car leasing professional.

Nothing to comment on this point. Work life has all its good and bad sides, its all about adjusting to the atmosphere.

Complete management politics. Government office staff are much better than ALD higher officials. Company never accepts the innovation and always happy to work with the orthodx culture and if one raises an opinion then that person would be in the Hit list. I will never recommend to join anyone.
