Encouraging staff to learn new skills and upgrade. Advance from salary is a quick process in case of any family or other emergencies. Third genre director is very understanding and co-operate 's with staff.

Dislikes

HR policies which keeps changing time to time benefitting the management. Office entry time in and time out are being manipulated person to person basis. Trust issues for employee. No employee engagement programs . No b'days celebrated by the Co. Staff's celebrate on their own.

Salary timing, bonus, learning about high-rise building

The culture of work is worst. All non-technical, uncultured, non-bengali get priorities from Management. They can sack you any time from your job. From site to office work all feel suffocated. Not a single employee work more than 5 years in this organization (Those people who worked more than 5 years they don't get a job in other company). So, you can guess the culture.

...rements...no personal life..they kicked 30man just before lockdown...no leave...salary deducted for each day leave ...they gve salary for one month extra...bt people become disbalenced to earn that PL...

Very bad...only politics...their project manager is highly imcompititent..

Over expectations, no time to settle for new comers, no learning opportunity, no Medical facilities, Indian culture, no growth opportunities, no proper lunch breaks , salary structure
