Company's management is good, all the coworkers and seniors are very helpful to each other.

Low salary and not giving on time, manytimes my salary come in my account after 13th day of month, so this is very unsatisfactory to all employees the company not giving salary ontime.

I can share my knowledge working as a Site Engineer and all teammates share there experience in both practical and theoretical, it's good for me to learn more things

No I D card provide to us because we are came from long distance and worked at forest areas or other area's in which we need I'd proofs from company

I like Alcon company in all respects, but only the drawback is, No job security for senior level engineers, after completion of project. Here working environment and teammates are good, Salary system Excellent

No job security, no career growth, very poor initial salary and very low increment, no travel expenses are provided at site, no innovative and learning works are given to employees, work life balance is very difficult.
