Here is so much partially in the increment and Salary Only QA Head relationship people get good salary QA head is Gujarati He support their staff only with good increment For this behaviour with other staff I give him -5(Minus 5 star) not recommended

Their is QA head who join in July or June in 2022 He is doing so much partially to staff in increment and promotion He is only their Gujarati staff who is not doing anything they only get very good increment and promotion He is doing a so much favourisem to their staff and other who is hard working they not get promotion and get warning letter only His Name : i not revealed but I give his surname is panchal and name is started with Nik He is doing politics with their staff for removing other out sider people Because of that 6 people resign from their post all are outsider

Good Company for freshers at learning stage. All teammates & mangement give opportunity to learn all things in QC.

Dislikes

HR policies are very Bad. No Travelling & food facilities provided by company. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot give resignation.

Nothing like, it's non GMP and non professional organization. No any vision for organization. ( I give -5 ⭐)

Dislikes

In this organization fully menuplication, politics, non technical person interfere, 10% manufacure and showing 100% manufacturing. No increment policy, no HR policy, person to person rules change, no leave policy, no Mediclaim, work on your own risk, no transportation. In short not suitable for career and growth.
