Nothing like, it's non GMP and non professional organization. No any vision for organization. ( I give -5 ⭐)

Dislikes

In this organization fully menuplication, politics, non technical person interfere, 10% manufacure and showing 100% manufacturing. No increment policy, no HR policy, person to person rules change, no leave policy, no Mediclaim, work on your own risk, no transportation. In short not suitable for career and growth.

I filling work in2020 like work in 25 years system's pharmaceutical company. All big promise like package, big incentives, bright career etc (Just like star ⭐ in sky) but finally your are not capable, your experience is nothing ( like you are Donkey)
