They won’t even respond also from hr team and blame others stating it’s not our responsibility please contact that or this Person

Worst company every don't choose this come he never pay your salary on time always he pay you like 29 th work culture also not good but this is good for knowledge if you want

They provide nothing benifit Whatever the salary of my client company provides that only they will give. You won't get No other benefits. Even for pf also from both sides like employer and employee share will deduct from our salary.

Worst company experience they make rules according to their comfort. When I joined we use get 2 weekoff but then suddenly the policy was changed overnight and they started giving us only 1 weekoff. Then when we started taking compoff with leaves and. Weekoff they said we can't do that and we have avail compoff within 3 months. Yesterday my manager says we can't give you leaves more then 3 days. We had an internal meeting for salary hike and shift allowance btw they don't give shift allowance so manager says this project is in loss you have to wait for 3 years for hike and we can't give you allowance. From last 1.7 yers this company has just did what ever they thought of doing it

1. No salary increments, even after delivering results 2. Lack of proper policies and clear processes. 3. Notice period was made unnecessarily stressful and difficult 4. Threats over the phone about hold on release letters and which were delayed for over a 1 months due to poor communication between the client company.
