...with the project client which they had provided. There is no growth opportunity. They won't even provide any variable pay overtime payment, they won't even provide any reimbursement for the expenses which we made for the project which they had put me, their leave policies so bad that they won't even add on the extra leaves, they only think to lapse the extra leaves. The higher us for one position in the offer letter but in the project they make us do some other work, they always think to deduct the salary of the employees

Worst company experience they make rules according to their comfort. When I joined we use get 2 weekoff but then suddenly the policy was changed overnight and they started giving us only 1 weekoff. Then when we started taking compoff with leaves and. Weekoff they said we can't do that and we have avail compoff within 3 months. Yesterday my manager says we can't give you leaves more then 3 days. We had an internal meeting for salary hike and shift allowance btw they don't give shift allowance so manager says this project is in loss you have to wait for 3 years for hike and we can't give you allowance. From last 1.7 yers this company has just did what ever they thought of doing it

1. No salary increments, even after delivering results 2. Lack of proper policies and clear processes. 3. Notice period was made unnecessarily stressful and difficult 4. Threats over the phone about hold on release letters and which were delayed for over a 1 months due to poor communication between the client company. I hope this helps others make an informaed decision before joining

Bad management, they can fire you anytime, no job security, they can force you to work anytime and threat you to terminate. Hire and fire policy is on peak. Please dont spoil your career here.
