No salary hike appraisal system not there vendor payments not on time in the market very bad name of this company don't join this company no hr policies here, management tortures employee overall after resigning the company hr doesn't give releveing letter and salary slips. Salary is not paid on time no maternity allowance money we get.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed).
