...ompany are very greedy and selfish they don't care about their own employee, One more new rules if you get 20 or 30 mins late to come to office your half days salary will be cuts off. and every employee should follow this rules. This company is full of nonsense. Specially the rules and their policies.

Good Company but hides all u r details as if ex employee and the new employee will have a riot between them 😂 Management is not good they hire u and does not give offer letter while joining no CTC bifurcation, even they deduct security deposit (Rs-2000) from your CTC. is it a bank ? Working staff is 10/10 Management sucks!

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
