Training was good, job security is there, travels is being given, learning is good.

Dislikes

Team mates not much qualified, no career growth, no salary growth for years and never a appraisal. Very much politics. No work environment. No innovation.

It is a very good company in terms of skills development and learning. Work environment is very good. Team leader behavior remains good even during work time.

Alacalab pvt ltd. is a good company which mainly provides service in the field of Electrical equipment testing in different industries mainly in TATA STEEL LTD. JAMSHEDPUR. For trainnig and learning purpose it is very good you can gain a lot of knwledge in electrical equipment llike Transformer, Motor, Circuit Breaker etc.

Dislikes

The company is good but growth rate in this company is poor.
