Management is terrible. The MD, Mr. LP thinks he is the king of the world, so do the HOD's. They don't treat the juniors with respect. There is alot of politics within the management. Promotion is not given before 4 years. Even after 4 years, when they promote you, they make you feel like you did not deserve it. But the management's favourites are promoted within 2 years. My manager, Mrs. NC did not care to give me a farewell even after serving for almost 5 years. She took leave on my last day. No value for employees.Disappointing!!

Very very bad experience from HR department. HR department is very bad to slove employees problems. And very rude behavior with new joined employees. Even not conduct yearly meeting with employees. 0 % of job security. Lot of employees quit the job because of harassment

There is not at all a proper system In Purchase All orders are done manually while Purchase person raises Requisition in System. MS DOS is still used which slow porcess of procurement and Zero work satisfaction there is no system in Purchase
