I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

This companies first preference is always sales...sales fresher guy gets same salary compare to purchase 4+ years experience guy.. further this company is not safe for women to work..you will not get any appreciation on your work...

Dislikes

No work life balance. Overload pressure. Listen bad words from boss. Irritating sales person calling every half n hour. HR is the most fokat person in company. No appreciation for your work even if you’re working hard for the company you made one mistake and youre gone.
