No any things to like Al baik (WFS Franchiese) food systems.

Albaik is good but WFS franchise is very poor and managment is also very bad here is no future and no salary increment here is future only for kerala people.

...ant go to hospital no vehicle. Somebody died in your family still u hv to work. Every month salary deduction. U can't get vacation before 3-4 yrs. U can't resign. They will take 12-14 thousand riyal to give u vacation. They are not human beeing. The worst company in the world. I was able to write only 10% of my feelings rest i can't express in words.

Pathetic work life balance. 12-14hrs work on daily basis. Worked for 3 yrs as Restaurant manager without any salary increment or appraisal. Training not completed even after 3 years. Only satisfaction is being in Saudi Arabia you have good monetary savings. Other than that no satisfactions at all.
