Work balance is BEST there till the time you perform.The only thing which makes me stay there in last 3 years was it assets Mr. HR yes it's true. He is a gemstone.Every morning when I met him his smiling face reduces all business hurdles out of my mind. While talking to him for few minutes only you feel encouraged,energetic, passionate to perform. I always seen him.smiling,joyfully,passionate, energetic and kind hearted. A special thing which motivates me to work is he always have a belief and proud on his/her candidates moreover MY CANDIDATE his initials.. Thank you Alankit limited

...n. Appraisal should be on time , every year it really motivates the Employees. Salary as everyone work for money. It has to be ontime else Employees don't admire to work there.

ALANKIT are not providing salary on time and they don't bother about the problem of staffs even nobody monitoring activity time to time and an well efficient candidate can learn various thing here as the staffs are independent.

Dislikes

Sr. Management and account departments are full with lots of junior staff and senior staffs are not staying here for long time due to unhealthy politics.

No job security and no co-ordination between head office and regional office and no clear decision making ability within staff and internal politics is ahead than overall mission and vision there is just praising and blindly following techniques if they are responsible for the bad image of the organization in the market and in mind of clients.
