...ompany ever No compensation. Stipend never on time there are lots of deduction. If you resign without taking your last salary they will never give you that. No work life balance. No superior subordinate relationship. Worst Experience Ever.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Stipend never on time there are lots of deduction to stipend.

As a fresher I learn new things and also the behavior of other teammates are nice.

Dislikes

They deduct salary for being late even for 1 min, there is no paid leaves, there will me only 6 or 7 leaves in a year. Even if your work is excellent you get no benefit but extra work. They deduct your salary even without any reason. There will be no support from HR team and also they don't ever answer your query.

The people are happily enjoy the working there. There is no delay in salary and employee friendly working environment. My experience there is very satisfactory.

Nothing to big issue there they can also do some thing more better.
