ALANKIT are not providing salary on time and they don't bother about the problem of staffs even nobody monitoring activity time to time and an well efficient candidate can learn various thing here as the staffs are independent.

Dislikes

Sr. Management and account departments are full with lots of junior staff and senior staffs are not staying here for long time due to unhealthy politics.

... tax, ED charges on company. I'm Vikas pandey joined this company Mumbai branch. Salary always late. I have made complaint on this company for harassment, illegal termination, forcefully resignation, salary issues. Don't go ever

It is a Disaster wirking with Alankit Management. Even do not pay salary on time. No proper relieving and F&F for the Employees. One man company. No proper HR Power, HR will do whatever told by CMD. HR do not have any relation with Rules and Regulations.

... under the Alankit assignment Limited,Guwahati, my project was good for the all. But they pending our salary, TA bill and also pending my increment bonuses till now.They say ow can i 5star like ??????
