There is lot to learn in this company. People who only try to find excuses will not work here. The Chairman is a hard task master and in return gives a lot of connectivity and client interface. Excellent organization to build your career in Investment Banking.

There are only two people employed in the investment banking division of the company. One is the Chairman of the company and another one is the analyst that they hire. There is no training because the chairman has no time to train people. He needs people with an experience of less than 2 years who can handle the entire division on its own head. Also he never likes the work done by other people. Utterly impatient and impulsive fellow who has the company is the basement of the building in which he lives. This is a retirement company of the Chairman and you might find better opportunities outside the company. I have worked here for 4 months and now I find it impossible to work even for a single day. The chairman expects that his mails are answered even if he shoots them across in midnight.
