Hr team is very helpful and cooperative. Company appraisals are fair and they give salary hike every year.

Dislikes

... scope for carrier growth, no job security, never had team outing, team meeting. Salary is decent. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign even if you get appraisal there is a bond for a year more. Make sure you don't get a chance to be in a team of any lady. Don't want to take her name but everyone knows her very well, only thing she got to do is politics, gossips and favouritism.

Friendly managers and seniors, the management is always ready to help you. Job is secure and salary is always on time.

Incentives and appraisels should be standard for all and according to the seniority position and talent

I have learnt a lot in my 3 years with the organization. Ample opportunities for someone who wants to make a career in the ecommerce industry. Work culture is good. Office environment is good. People respect each other. 5 day work week. Finally we have good options outside of software industry as well.

No job security I was selected in this company as Accounts executive but they were not giving me training for accounts instead they were giving me Operation training and after 9 days of work on 10th day HR ringed me and told me don't come we're discontinuing with you.. Even a day prior they'd ensured me they'll give me 1 month and then see my performance but they didn't.. If you can't trust your employees why do you run such company. Trust your employees first..

I have been a part of alacrity for a very long time now. I have invested my time and hard work in this company and the company has valued my contribution in every way possible. The initial days were very helpful in understanding the process and my ideas are being appreciated and acknowledged now by the core members/higher management. We have always been encouraged to learn and help others to grow as well. Alacrity has played a huge role in my career development and I will always be thankful for the same
