Al yamama group company is best but its the contractor like supply but salary time to time every month

It's company dependents on project & management system some project management is good but some projects management is very poor

...ect especially manager and hiring HR department are making worst to the company. Hiring person brings much of their laymen relatives to this company and pays them a good salary and gives them good positions.

Equality and support are zero from HR for honest employees. Living conditions in the employee's camp of being the worst.

I found Al Yamama very supportive company. The company arranged covid-19 test many times to ensure its employee's health n safety.. Rest company is very supportive and always stand with their employees either financially or morally.

Dislikes

Always Got the salary on time but didnt get overtime even after do the overtime duty.. Some times we dont get support from our manager. Lot of politics in FMC Safety office specially by environmental coordinator.

Work culture , management, accountability, responsibilities, increment, appraisal, HR , lack of systematic practice vice versa .
