There is a lot of issues with me, salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. The management doesn't address our issues.

This is baldiya company it's management is very bad, it's torturing the people for vacation there is no increment in salary even after working overtime, no money is recieved this is the worst Saudi company...

...ect especially manager and hiring HR department are making worst to the company. Hiring person brings much of their laymen relatives to this company and pays them a good salary and gives them good positions.

Equality and support are zero from HR for honest employees. Living conditions in the employee's camp of being the worst.

Al Yamaha company is good company. Management department is very nice. They are giving salary time to time.

Al Yamaha company is good company. But sometimes management parsons are behaving not good. And also some projects have not good accommodation.

Management is very poor. They don't have manners how to treat an employee. They treat like a slave. 91 Camp accomodations is same as Animal shelter. Each room they keep 5 to 10 employee and there's no hygiene.
