Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

It's was very much difficult to work because there was no proper management, no proper planning, and the management won't pay for your housing allowance and company commendation rent due to that employees were use to stay out of commendation. As I have worked for the company for 4'years and when I left the company by resigned thou my visa were get to finish the company didn't even clear my settlement.. it was very much bad experience with Al Wasita Group.👎
