Delay in approval process for leave No value for professional employees Blame culture Procedures and policy won’t be applicable for those have reference. Increment and appraisals will be provided after various references and request, not as per your ability and dedication

...ed retaining people in this Pandemic even after having lower business revenue . However there were pay cuts during this time.

Depends on the people. If you have earlier worked in a MNC, then the expectations should be minimum.

Economically company is good. Pros are On time salary , Staff welfare , Work life balance ,Job security.

Worst professional culture , Nothing you can find for career development , Peoples are more concentrating in politics than to do their work

Excellent management, salary paid every month at on time. Doesn't give excess workload. Fooding and hospitality is better than other companies. And most of thing here I never seen politics. Mostly Expats are Indian and working together here as a family member.

Most of thing that I have seen the increment and promotions are very slow. but some talented people get it quickly whenever the company requirements only

I have been working in this company for last 21 months. Company's culture is good. Work timing, food, accommodation is good. Job security is excellent.

...ve us experience certificate. And here no value of degree.. Only work work work. Less salary as compared to another company.
