Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

No. Presently i am working as a Mechanical Supervisor.

Dislikes

I would like work in Al toukhi. I gained good knowled about gas turbine power plants and also combined cycle piwer plant. I like to work in other countries like Abudabhi or Behrin.

This company is my first gulf company. I work in 150 mw power plant conversion 2 simple cycle to combined cycle PP.Project execution on turnkey and include four unfired vertical type foster wheeler heat recovery steam generator (HRSG).water tube boiler rated at 123 ton/hr HP.steam flow at 523'c and 99 bar and 32 ton/hr LP steam 261 C & 8.5 bar per HRSG.One Siemens steam turbine generator with output 60 hertz 150 MW.

Dislikes

This company only 1.2 year give to chance work...i want to work regular. But project is completed. .i want to again work with Saudi Electricity Company.

Al-toukhy company is very good company for power plants consctuctions and 380 kv,132 kv substations.Career growth,salary appraisal,and work environment all are Excellent.

Dislikes

I dont like to work in saudi arabia. AL-toukhi company they are working only in saudi arabia. More than 20 years iam working with Al- toukhi
