Terrible management with abundance of polictics

The management is terrible, Lots of politics, no room for out of the box thinkers, skilled professionals are overlooked and favourites are given opportunities

Since 2016 no team work and it is hard to get satisfied with your work no matter how well you perform. QS secretary can become QS, wife's colleague's husband who is seeing a timber factory for the first time in life can become Production coordinator, uncle can become QA/QC and many more. Where can you find such liberal recruit and career growth?

Dislikes

The fit out and joinery subsidiary is loosing its market reputation by the day. Now the company is run by a mafia who moves out in a group from one firm to the other like nomads. Now an extended office of Khan Saheb as most of the new recruits at some point of time worked there and are still part of this nomadic group. Friends, relatives and girl friends of current maroons can easily get job and are safe; of course in safe hands.

Al Tayer Group is really a very good group of companies which had helped me to learn, grow, train and build better career.

Dislikes

I hate the politics at certain level which demotives the staffs and people who are doing good job.

Likes

Al Tayyar is the largest travel group in the gulf. Well established and very well managed. I am lucky to work with such excellent travel group.

Saudization but the group cannot be blamed as this is related to govt policies

It was amazing before but last three years it is dropped down a lot special after the new management team Nicole has handled Armani Exchange brand she has destroyed the employees and demotivated everyone
