"I particularly enjoyed working in a team environment and learned a lot by collaborating with other members. One of my favourite aspects about working in this environment as a junior team member was that I had the opportunity to learn from those in senior positions in the company. I doubt I would have had access to these people and their knowledge in regular circumstances. I have an understanding of the dynamics of teamwork and have experience in dealing with team conflict."H

Dislikes

seems to be slow in assigning new work or handing out additional responsibilities, so I don’t always feel like I am receiving enough challenges from the role.
