Sharqawi Owners are very good. The company has a record of no salary delay. Just now from past couple of month due to financial crisis and market conditions our salary is delayed by 15 days only. The owners are good persons, if the company doing good financially they distribute the money in the form of bonus and increments to employees

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
