Everything in terms of policies, words, attitude, favour etc is transparent and open,no disguise at all.In nutshell it is a tremendous place to enjoy in working.

Dislikes

Sometimes in a row of comforts we experience a painstakingly situation also.As I dearly admit that I feel burden when loads of work is given to finish it on a specifide time. This work pressure spoils the sweetness of the work and leads a worker to do it in a hafazard manner.sometimes I go resistive to too many orders. If I do suggest for the solution of the problems, I am not getting any positive response from the management.
