...s company is not a place to work. Top management don't have professional manner. We can expect Termination at any time at this company, also they will not pay salary. It does not pay.Their attitude towards drivers is very strictsalary on time If he takes a day off for a matter he will deduct two days money.zero pile housing is not good and has no place to live

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
