In al Sadhan trading company there is good opportunity to learn and this is one of the best growing retail company in ksa but if you talk about salary & incentive there is nothing no motivation and appreciation colleagues & managers are very nice & supportive.

Salary is low work is hard most of the time I stay in office 12 to 14 hours after that pay also for taxi to reach home there is no over time & appraisal is made by relation with employee not made by performance of employee.

Nothing is there about to like mainly salary or appraisal, career growth It will take toouch time or never cause there politics on high level even your colleagues also.

Nothing. Alsadhan worst company I have ever seen. Because warehouse manager steel company money ( safwan from Sudan ) company owner was sleeping. Very funny.

Getting some higher level positions all are very hard because unqualified some peoples all are higher position so they didn't give any chance to talented peoples and compensation and benefits all are they are all given by partiality and then salary and duty hours not fair...

There are Six owners, and have direct interface.,, one need to please each one of them... Frequent use of abusive words like "F*** You" Throwing of items on the face of employees. Zero respect culture, HR dept work against the staff just to please the owners. Before joining them, they are very sweet during communication, but once on their visa they show their arrogance.. No growth for the employee. No bonus, even if they promise. Fake commitments Shameful salary increments. Always conflict with owners,. No Freedom of work. No Freedom in taking decisions in the department. Excellent experience to this company....!
