Nothing.. al sadhan hyper market is waist.. I lose my 2 year there no any salary increase , even I finish 2year contract but 1riyal no increment...

I work 2years in AL Sadhan hypermarket plz Friends don't choice Al Sadhan company.. there is no skill development no career growth no work satisfaction nothing is there... Very very bad company

One more time I'm telling u plz don't waist your 2years in this company salary's not good the work pressure is every day very high.. 11hover duty weekly 1day off there is no on job training for freshers

Horrible company, No Job security, No Appreciation of any achievement, Owner's (6 brothers) direct involvement at each level, very proud and limited respect for their employees. Using of foul & abusive language is a norm.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
