Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Working environment was excellent,worked for various projects that were challanging, timely enhance / improve reporting format to higher management and maintain time frame/ bench mark for monthly reporting Quarterly H1 H2 and Final Results. Good team work maintain discipline by Fm.

No proper incentives by higher management to key players Due to politics by department managers

Nice working environment, very good supportive managemen, learn a lot, providing space to think and performe out of box,

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike it was very very good experience working with alraya the only reason i leave company due to saudi government latest laws and regulations was not supportive for expatriate.
