The Management is West..They didn't give salary on time..For the small mistake they cut salary..

My company has always believed in empowering its staff. I truly love working with Al Rashid because of its positive environment where everybody tries to help and support each other. Employees in my company get fair opportunity of development under the guidance of their seniors who are always ready to guide and motivate them.

Timings are good, facilities they provide, work culture was excellent and so called Co-operative management

They give position to those who are not eligible for that and the person who are sincere honest loyal towards his work and contribution doesn't get anything. This thing I don't like at all

I worked in Al Rashid for a long time my teammates are able to communicate properly, respect individuality, encourage creativity, include a mix of genders, hold trust-building exercises and define roles.
