Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Very good company ..salary on time and over time on time ..almost everything is ok.senior are very cooperative.only inside labour meal's is not good.

Dislikes

Food in canteen for labor and technician is not good.

Al Rajhi Steel industries &Co Ltd, is a very good company. Company give salary on time.

Dislikes

Al Rajhi Steel industries & Co Ltd is a very good company. But inside company Egyptian politics more. Egyptian Forman & Engineers don't like another country people.

Likes

Operated pumps Air compressor filter nation. Checking the quality of water as per required limit. Operated R.O Plant which consist of feed booster from HP Pumps , Chemical dosing pumps & De carbonator . Preparation of chemical solution whenever required . Filling the log Book & log Sheet. Checking the quality the product water. Refraction of pipe breaking of any other leakage, PVC and ss pipeline assembly etc.
