Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The hotel have all friendly and talented staff. They takes care of all the employee about their financial and comfort after duty time.

Dislikes

The GM Mr zayati is very polite and he takes care about staff but some times the management choose some wrong directors for staff, the director does very bad politics and partiality. Specially if you are in F&b, then have to be very careful. I have been warking in this hotel for 6 years, This feedback is given on my personal observation. From 2013 to 2020 February.

The company is one of the good company in Abu Dhabi the employer all very friendly and good communication is everyone they will give training then they will lead you however you will get good knowledge of once done the training and they will offer what you like you can go ahead

Nothing to say anything but just suggestion for they have to lot entertainment and funs so the employer will be more happy.
