No training and development program here only what you know you will execute. No Spares parts management system so always facing challenges related to spares and parts.

Boss is excellent, company policy is outstanding,only the problem is we have to work under unprofessional managers,but of the Arabic content.never appraised for the skill and talent, if we say yes sir yes maamle all the time then all is just ok.but if want to put our views then no use,house manager is mind less,

The company is open to innovation. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.
