...y follow nepotism. No growth for initiative taker.No say in front of management. They give same salary to KG teachers and to senior teachers to.

This school follows American Curriculum and it is an advantage for me to deal with different syllabus and its activities.Another plus point is that i could teach students from different cultural backgrounds.Here we have special motivation classes for students to improve their academic and extra curricular activities.
