This school follows American Curriculum and it is an advantage for me to deal with different syllabus and its activities.Another plus point is that i could teach students from different cultural backgrounds.Here we have special motivation classes for students to improve their academic and extra curricular activities.

Dislikes

The most important disadvantage is that teachers have no any training programs to develop their skills and career growth. We are overloaded with our lessons and there is no job security due to the financial crisis that drastically affecting all the sectors of Saudi Arabia.Managers do not consider our suggestions and just implementing their rules on us.Salary and the benefits are not satisfactory.

Work Details

General way of speaking,since I handle the same syllabus from the last four years it is not a serious problem for me to deal with the students.But I always feel a stressful environment here.As long as I am here, try my level best to develop my skills.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
