Great company for those who can prove their capability. Promotions and increments are there. Salary on time. Those who passers , they are working like govt job. New comers all join company amd learn and go to other big companies with better perks and say bad things abt al nahdha Al omaniah . Which is not correct.

Nothing as such. Market is down so ther eis balance in salary structure as well.

The company is open for fresher and ready to adopts latest technology i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has global client .another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture background, and we work happily in collaboration.

growth & compensation is slow .the work pressure is very high , no support by manager which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the time.

Food provided by the company for staff was good, colleague and seniors are very helpful and salary is on time

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor and for staff there is no OT even in hollyday you have to work without salary

The company is good for the freshers to gulf. I would like to advice that one should go for a switch once you get the experience of 2 years as the management is not supportive enough for career growth. Conclusion : Good for starting as a fresher in Gulf and worst for the experienced person.

The companies back ground is good in Oman with great business prospects with a potential to grow.

Poor management, lack of providing employees basic needs and cutting cost on employees essential requirement, No training provided, HR does not interact with the employees.
