Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...as very waste experience in my life to work with Al Nahda printing press muscat. They dont have work discipline, they are giving salary in 60 days, and many more problems with this company. How i came back from this company i know. Please dont send any employee to that company.

Dislikes

No growth, no salary, no proper room etc etc.
